by past Nova travelers. Please read
this letter prior to completing the
Reservation Form as it should answer
many of your questions and explain
the issuance process. Should you still

Q: How soon must I complete
the Reservation Form in order to
guarantee
ticketing?
A: The Reservation Form must be submitted
online no later than 21 DAYS PRIOR
to departure date.
Q: What if my departure city is
not listed on the Reservation Form?
A: If your departure city is not
listed on the reservation form, please
select "Other City" under
Zone 3 and enter your departure city
in the box provided. You will pay
the Zone 3 pricing. Q: How/When will I know that my
ticket has been issued?
A: Tickets are issued on Tuesdays, ONE
WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE. We
will email you confirmation within one business
day of issuance.
Q: When I enter my credit
card on the application form is
my credit card charged immediately?
A: No, your credit card will be charged
7 -14 days prior to travel
when your ticket is issued.
Q: Does the ticket price
include tax?
A: Yes, the cost of your ticket includes all taxes and fees.
Q: When will I get my ticket?
A: Most tickets will be issued as
E-Tickets, but there are exceptions.
You will be notified if you are an exception.
Q: How do I find out what flights
I'm booked on?
A: Your reservation can be accessed
at all times via our website www.cctravel.com (click on "My Itinerary").
Enter your Last Name and Record Locator.
Your Record Locator will be provided
to you by Cleveland Circle Travel.
Q: Is my unused ticket refundable?
A: Once purchased the ticket is non-refundable.
Q: Will my ticket be a one way or roundtrip?
A: All tickets are ONE WAY.
Q: What are my baggage limitations?
A: Checked - 2 Pieces: 50 lbs each 62" (length + width + height)
Carry on - 1 Piece: 40 lbs 45" (length + width + height)
plus 1 personal item (which for ladies would be a purse and for gentleman a laptop bag).
